Three-thousand eager metal fans packed the State Theater in Detroit for Judas Priest's triumphant return to the concert trail. The Motor
City's own TILES opened the show with an energetic 45-mintue set which focused on songs from their most recent release, Fence The Clear. Guitarist
Chris Herin sums up the evening:
"We were honored and excited, yet somewhat apprenhensive about opening for Priest since we're not quite as heavy as
they are - not to mention their status as legends! It was a pleasant suprise to hear such an enthusiastic reaction
from the crowd. Also gratifying was that the Priest guys watched out set from side-stage and requested copies of our
CDs for themselves. Even their crew was as friendly and helpful as you could hope for!"
